ATT Pioneers Relief Fund
We hope everyone is okay after the storm, it affected so many of our Pioneers. Please check on one another to see if anyone needs help.
Below are two links, one is the criteria that ATT Pioneers uses to qualify an active employee or retired Pioneer for assistance. The second link is the application to fill out and send to the national Pioneers.
Employees and Retirees affected by State or Federal declared disasters are eligible to receive assistance from the AT&T Pioneers Disaster Relief Fund. The fund is managed by the AT&T Pioneers volunteers. The AT&T Pioneers National Coordinator and/or National Disaster Relief Chair will designate a committee to verify the need and manage the distribution of money. Up to $2,000 in emergency funds will be distributed to each approved applicant.
Damage Assessment – applies to primary residences affected by qualified disasters; damage to secondary residence, vehicles, fences, portable buildings, etc. do not qualify for assistance.
Minor Damage --- Home is still habitable. Major Damage --- Will need repair prior to being habitable. Destroyed
These categories are used for assessing need. For example, a need for clothing would not be an example of minor damage. Clothing replacement would be common for the major or destroyed category.
Examples (but not limited to) of assistance requiring immediate needs:
Food lost in refrigerator/freezer due to power outage, coolers
Cleaning supplies, laundry supplies
Minor building repairs, tarps on roof, replace a window, repair steps washed away by a storm, etc.
Storage Containers--to store and salvage personal belongings.
Bedding and linens
